Here are a few of our most commonly asked questions. We believe in transparency, and are here to help you whenever you need.
A. Rent includes WiFi, parking, and access to all our community amenities. Power and water will be spilt amongst your roommates and charged to your Resident Portal account each month. The price for utilities will vary by the usage.
A. To submit a work order, please go to our website or download the app to log in to your Resident Portal. You may also stop by the leasing office or reach out for assistance. If you have a maintenance emergency, please call the office as soon as possible.
All of our units come fully furnished! This includes a full size bed frame and mattress, nightstand, desk with chair, and dresser. The common area will have a couch and chair set, coffee table, TV stand, and dining table set. If you would like to bring your own furniture, we can store the furniture in your unit for a premium. Contact our office for more information.
Our leases are individual leases, which means you are only financially responsible for your space. If your roommate transfers schools, you will not be responsible for their portion of the rent payment.
A. When you are ready to secure your spot at The Social Blue, you may fill out one of our online applications. After you submit your application, a team member will email you our online lease to electrically sign. Our spots are first come first serve and rates are subject to change. We do encourage prospects to start the online leasing process as soon as possible. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
A. We do! If you don’t have a roommate in mind, we offer this program for free. On your application, you will fill out a questionnaire to help our team match you with the best roommate we can find.
A. We are a smoke-free community. Smoking within 25 feet of any of our buildings is prohibited.
A. Yes, we do require renter’s liability insurance. This is offered for $10.95 per month or you can enroll in your own provider. Please contact our office for more information.
A. Yes, furry friends are welcomed! They are roommates, too. Simply, add your pet’s information on your application to register. There is a monthly pet rent for pet owners and breed restrictions. Please contact the office for more information.
